In my career-spanning roles at IBM, Blackboard, and Cisco Systems, I’ve led user experience design, design thinking workshops, and strategic initiatives that inspire innovation and deliver measurable impact. From crafting seamless product experiences to facilitating cross-functional collaboration, my approach is grounded in the belief that great work happens when people feel heard, understood, and engaged.

As a Creative Leader, Product Designer, Entrepreneur, Mindfulness Coach, and former Radio Personality, I bring a unique, interdisciplinary perspective to problem-solving. My passion lies in:

Beyond my professional work, I’m dedicated to empowering others. I created the Relax & Remix: A 4-Week Journal to Get Unstuck and Evolve Your Life , designed to help individuals approach time and energy with intention. At Cisco, I co-hosted a weekly virtual meditation session, Midweek Mindfulness, and delivered talks and workshops on topics like intention setting and supporting diversity.
